Galaxy Buds 3 Pro keep falling out during workouts — solutions?

Love the sound quality on these but they just won't stay in my ears during intense workouts. I've tried all the included ear tip sizes. The medium is the best seal but still comes loose during running. Anyone found aftermarket tips or hooks that work well? I really don't want to return them because the sound is incredible.
