Roomba j7+ keeps getting stuck under furniture — anyone else?

I've had my j7+ for about 4 months now. It keeps getting stuck under my couch and dining table despite supposedly having obstacle avoidance. I've set up no-go zones but it still tries to squeeze under low furniture. Already tried a factory reset. Is this a common issue or did I get a lemon?
