Finally got my apartment complex to stop complaining about my BBQ
Pros
- +Real smoke flavor without managing fire
- +Electric makes it apartment-approved
- +Air fry function excellent
Cons
- -Pellets need refilling on long cooks
- -Charcoal sear junkies will miss that char
I live in an apartment and had been warned repeatedly about using a charcoal grill. The Ninja Woodfire is electric, so it's allowed on my balcony. The smoke flavor from the pellets is genuinely impressive — my pulled chicken and salmon taste authentically smoked. It doesn't equal 12 hours on a smoker, but for balcony cooking it's remarkable. The air fry function is just as good as my indoor air fryer. I've had neighbors ask what I'm cooking because it smells so good. Love this thing.
