I loved this machine for the first 3 months. The iced coffee mode is genuinely great and the versatility is unmatched at this price. But then it started leaking from the reservoir area. I've seen this complaint everywhere online so it seems to be a design flaw. Also, the coffee temperature is consistently lukewarm — I have to microwave my coffee, which defeats the purpose.
