The first year was great — I slept better than I had in years. But around month 14, I started noticing a body impression on my side. By month 18, the sag was obvious and I was waking up with back pain. I filed a warranty claim but they said the sag wasn't deep enough (needed 1 inch). For $1,000, I expected better durability. I'm now shopping for a hybrid mattress.
