Good mattress, terrible company

Pros

  • +Comfortable when new
  • +Good price
  • +Side sleeping pressure relief was nice

Cons

  • -Sagging badly at 14 months
  • -Customer service is non-existent
  • -Off-gassing lasted a full week
  • -Sleeps very hot

The mattress was comfortable for about a year. Good pressure relief for side sleeping, fair price. But it started sagging badly around month 14. I filed a warranty claim and it's been 3 months with no resolution. Multiple emails, no response. The 'forever warranty' is worthless if the company won't honor it. Also, the off-gassing when we first opened it was horrible — we had to sleep in the guest room for 5 days. And it sleeps hot despite all the 'cooling' marketing.
